中低压配电网差异化节能降损对策研究 被引量:14

摘要 节能降损改造是提高配电网运行经济性的重要举措。本文分析了常见改造措施及其节能降损机理,针对中低压配电网运行数据和节能潜力的差异,提出配电网差异化节能降损综合改造决策方法。该方法采用Matpower工具包搭建配电网模型进行潮流计算,综合应用调整母线运行电压、中低压无功补偿、改变导线型号/线径、更换高能耗配电变压器等多种改造措施,通过降损效果和经济性评估得到节能降损综合改造方案。最后通过对潮安配电网的典型重损耗配电线路进行验算,结果表明所提决策方法得到的节能降损方案不仅能有效降低配电线路的技术线损,而且能兼顾方案的经济性,对实际配电网的节能降损改造工作具有重要的指导意义。 Energy-saving and loss reduction modification is an important measure to improve the economic efficiency operation of distribution network.In this paper,the common modification measures and energy saving&loss reduction mechanism are analyzed.In view of the difference between the operation data and energy saving potential of the medium and low voltage distribution network,the comprehensive modification decision method of differential energy saving and loss reduction of distribution network is proposed.The method uses the matpower toolkit to build a distribution network model for power flow calculation,and uses comprehensively such multiple modification measures as adjusts various busbar operating voltages,medium and low voltage reactive power compensation,changes the conductor type/wire diameterand replaces high-energy distribution transformer so to obtain the comprehensive modification plan of energy saving and loss reduction by way of loss reduction result and economic evaluation.Finally,it is shown by the result throughout verification of heavy duty loss distribution line in Chaoan distribution network that the energy saving and loss reduction method obtained by the proposed method can not only effectively reduce the technical line loss of the distribution line,but also take into account the economics of the scheme.It has important guiding significance for the energy-saving and damage reduction of the actual distribution network.
