摘要
污泥量大、利用率低是污水处理厂剩余污泥的主要问题.基于污泥水解对污泥的处理、处置的重要作用,构建了连续流反应器,然后先酸(pH=3.0的HCl溶液)后碱(pH=10.0的NaOH溶液)调节污泥,并在不同温度范围内,分别考察其溶解性蛋白质(SPN)、溶解性碳水化合物(SPS)和溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)的变化情况.结果显示:在先酸后碱的处理情况下,温度在25~35℃时污泥水解性能比10~15℃好.其中,SPN、SPS和SCOD的最大释放量都出现在温度为25~35℃的碱的处理阶段,分别为179.00,28.07,336.86 mg·g-1VS,溶出率同样也在该阶段和该温度范围内达到最大.
Large quantity of sludge and low utilization rate are the main problems of surplus sludge in sewage treatment plants.Based on the importance of the sludge hydrolysis of sludge treatment and disposal,and continuous flow reactor was constructed,in which the Soluble Proteins(SPN),Soluble Polysaccharide(SPS)and Soluble Chemical Oxygen Demand(SCOD)were investigated by adjusting the sludge with acid(pH=3.0 HCl solution)and alkali(pH=10.0 NaOH solution).The results show that the hydrolysis performance of sludge at the temperature of 25~35℃is better than that at the temperature of 10~15℃under the condition of initial acid followed by alkali treatment.Among them,the maximum release amount of SPN、SPS and SCOD appears in the alkali treatment stage at the temperature of 25~35℃,which is 179.00,28.07 and 336.86 mg·g^-1 VS respectively,and the dissolution rate also reaches the maximumat this stage and the temperature range.
