以‘红巴拉多’为母本的胚挽救育种研究

Study on embryo rescue breeding with'Balado Red'as famale parent

以二倍体葡萄品种‘红巴拉多’为母本,四倍体葡萄品种‘户太八号’‘巨玫瑰’为父本杂交,通过胚挽救技术获得杂种胚,探索其取样时期、胚发育天数及亲本基因型对胚发育率和萌发率的影响。结果表明,‘红巴拉多’ב巨玫瑰’组合的最佳取样时间为授粉后59 d,胚发育率和萌发率最高达到了26%和14%;‘红巴拉多’ב户太八号’的杂交胚在发育90 d时取样,胚萌发率最高,为11%。因此,不同父本对最佳取样时间和胚发育天数皆有一定影响。

The diploid variety'Balado Red'as female parent,tetraploid variety'Hutai No.8''Jumeigui'as male parent were conducted to cross,hybrid embryos were obtained through embryo rescue technology.The effects of sampling period,embryonic development days and parent genotype on embryonic development and germination rate were investigated.The results showed that the best sampling time was 59 days,the highest embryonic development rate and germination rate of the hybrid combination of'Balado Red'×'Jumeigui'reached 26%and 14%.The germination rate of the hybrid combination of'Balado Red'×'Hutai No.8'reached 11%when the embryonic development was 90 days.Different male parents had certain influence on the best sampling period,embryonic development days.
