“精准思政”视域下高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的实践和探索——以绵阳师范学院为例

The Practice and Inquiry of Cultivating and Practicing Core Socialist Values in Universities Based on the Ideas of"Accurate Ideology and Politics":a Case Study of Mianyang Teachers'College

面对纷繁复杂的国内外形势,怎样统筹推进社会主义核心价值观培育和践行工作是高校必须思考和着手解决的问题。本文结合思想政治工作质量提升工程的开展,从教育引导、舆论宣传、环境熏陶、实践养成和制度保障等五方面出发,以绵阳师范学院为例,从“精准思政”的视域分析和研究培育机制,以期找到突破口和有效路径。

Facing Complicated Situations at home and abroad,the problem is that universities have to think and take measures on how can they promote the cultivation and practice work of core socialist values.Combining With The Start of the project aiming to improve the quality of ideological and political work,this paper expounds the problem from five aspects,education guidance,propaganda Of Public opinion,environmental edification,practical acquisition and System guarantee,taking Mianyang Teachers'College as an example,using the perspective Of"accurate ideology and politics"to analyze and study the cultivation mechanism,in order to find a breakthrough and an effective path.
