摘要
南宁市实施“禁摩”管控措施以来,经济、环保、便捷的电动自行车迅速成为市民日常出行的主要选择,由此带来的是混合交通日益严重,给城市道路交通管理带来了巨大挑战。以南宁市交通管理工作实际出发,通过深入分析混合交通情况下交叉口和路段进出口存在的问题,论述交通渠化改造措施和创新交叉口信号控制模式等举措,提高道路通行安全性和通行效率的可行性,给其他具有类似交通特点的城市开展交通管理工作提供一定借鉴作用,为当前“减量控大”工作顺利推进提供技术支持。
Since Nanning implemented the“no motorcycle”control measure,economical、environmentally friendly and convenient electric bikes have quickly become the main choice for citizens to travel in their daily life.As a result,mixed traffic is becoming more and more serious,which brings great challenges to urban road traffic management.This paper based on nanning city traffic management,through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in intersection and the section of the import and export under mixed traffic,demonstrate the feasibility of modification measures and innovative discusses the channelized traffic intersection signal control measures improving the efficiency of road traffic safety and traffic mode,provides certain reference in other similar traffic characteristics of urban traffic management work,and provides technical support for the smooth progress of the current work of“reducing quantity and controlling large quantity”.
