摘要
目的我国老年人癌症患病率和治疗复杂性上升,老年人中使用多种和/或不合适的药物是一个重大的公共卫生问题,定期且全面地回顾用药,有利于临床合理用药。方法回顾性地检查患者多种药物(PP)的使用情况,PP被定义为7 d内同时使用≥5种药物。根据2019年Beers标准,结合我国基本药物目录情况,对可能不适当用药(PIM)进行了分类,使用在线数据库Lexicomp对患者抗肿瘤治疗用药与其他药品是否存在药物间相互作用(DDI)进行分析。结果查阅2015年1月~2015年12月门诊病历,共有72例患者符合入组。平均年龄73.28岁,91.67%患有实体瘤。PP、PIM以及DDI的发生率分别为28.89%(n=28),47.22%(n=34),15.28%(n=11)。结论门诊老年肿瘤患者PP、PIM以及DDI的使用率较高,应优化该人群的药物使用。
Objective The prevalence and complexity of cancer in elderly people in China are increasing.The use of multiple and/or inappropriate drugs in the elderly is a major public health problem.Regular and comprehensive review of all drug analysis,which are conducive to the rational use of drugs in the clinic.Methods Retrospectively check the patient's use of multiple drugs(PP).PP is defined as the simultaneous use of≥5 drugs within 7 days.According to the 2019 Beers standard,combined with my country's essential drug list,the classification of possible inappropriate medication(PIM)was used.The online database Lexicomp was used to analyze whether there was a drug-drug interaction(DDI)between the patients'anti-tumor treatment medication and other drugs.Results From January 2015 to December 2015,outpatient medical records,a total of 72 patients met the enrollment.The average age is 73.28 years old,male accounts for 56.94%,and 91.67%suffer from solid tumors.The incidence of PP,PIM and DDI were 28.89%(n=28),47.22%(n=34),15.28%(n=11).Conclusion The use rate of PP,PIM and DDI is relatively high,need to optimize the use of drugs in this population.
