Simultaneous determination of 10 active ingredients in Dachengqi Decoction by HPLC

目的HPLC法同时测定大承气汤中10个活性成分含量。方法色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3 C18柱5μm(4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长280 nm和254 nm,柱温30℃的条件下,测定大承气汤中10个活性成分的含量。结果高效液相色谱法测定大承气汤中10个活性成分,在线性范围内呈良好线性关系,方法学考察达到试验要求。结论该方法能有效准确测定大承气汤中10个活性成分的含量,可作为大承气汤的质量控制方法,为今后综合开发大承气汤提供参考依据。

Objective Simultaneous determination of 10 active ingredients in Dachengqi Decoction by HPLC.Methods The column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C185μm(4.6 mm×250 mm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution,gradient elution,flow rate was 1 ml/min,detection wavelength was 280 nm and 254 nm,column temperature was 30℃,determine the content of 10 active ingredients in Dachengqi Decoction.Results The determination of 10 active ingredients in Dachengqi Decoction by high performance liquid chromatography showed a good linear relationship in the linear range,and the methodological investigation met the test requirements.Conclusion This method can effectively and accurately determine the content of 10 active ingredients in Dachengqi Decoction,which can be used as a quality control method for Dachengqi Decoction and provide a reference for the future comprehensive development of Dachengqi Decoction.
