多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)疗效及对肺功能指标的影响。方法选取2019年10月~2020年5月收治的COPD患者80例,随机数表法分为两组,每组40例,试验组实施多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗,对照组仅采用多索茶碱治疗,研究两组患者的治疗疗效及对肺功能指标的影响。结果试验组患者治疗后临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者干预后肺功能指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗慢阻肺患者可显著提升临床疗效,有助于提升肺功能。 Objective To analyze the effect of doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder in the treatment of COPD patients and the effect of lung function indexes.Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)admitted to our department from October 2019 to May 2020 were selected.The random number table method was divided into two groups,each with 40 cases,and the test group Theophylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder was treated,and the control group was only treated with doxofylline.The therapeutic efficacy and lung function indexes of the two groups was studied.Results The clinical efficacy of the test group patients treated with doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);All indexes of lung function after treatment in the test group patients were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide powder in the treatment of COPD patients can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,help to improve lung function.
