440株肺炎链球菌的临床分布及耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析医院患儿肺炎链球菌的临床分布特征及耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法收集2019年全年各科室培养、分离鉴定出的肺炎链球菌,并进行药敏试验,分析肺炎链球菌的标本类型分布、科室分布、性别年龄分布、季节分布及耐药性。结果2019年全年共分离出肺炎链球菌440株,其中主要来源于痰液标本,其次是全血。肺炎链球菌科室分布中呼吸科占比最高,主要来自于3岁以下儿童,男童居多,冬春季占比高于夏秋季。440株肺炎链球菌中,红霉素、四环素、复方新诺明和青霉素的耐药率较高,分别为99.77%、93.63%、76.59%和60.00%。结论肺炎链球菌的耐药性在不断增强,临床治疗应根据药敏试验合理选用抗生素的同时也要注意用药安全,尽可能减少耐药菌株的出现。 Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of 440 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae isolated from the hospital,and provide the basis for the clinical medication.Methods We collected Streptococcus pneumoniae from various departments of the hospital throughout 2019,and carried out drug sensitivity tests.To analyze the distribution of Streptococcus pneumoniae samples,departmen,gender and age,season and drug resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae.Results 440 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae were isolated in our hospital throughout 2019.The samples were mainly from sputum,followed by whole blood.Respiratory accounts for the highest proportion in the department distribution of Streptococcus pneumoniae,and mainly from children under three years old,more of them are boys.The proportion of winter and spring is higher than that of summer and autumn.Among 440 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae,the drug resistance of erythromycin,tetracycline,cotrimoxazole and penicillin were higher,being respectively 99.77%,93.63%,76.59%and 60.00%.Conclusion The drug resistance Streptococcus pneumoniae is increasing in clinical treatment,antibiotics should be selected reasonably according to drug sensitivity test,and drug safety should also be paid attention to,and minimize the presence of resistant strains.
