摘要
研究了超细硫铝酸盐水泥熟料加入不同掺量的硬石膏后,对水泥的物理性能、水化产物种类和生成速率的影响规律。结果表明:随着石膏掺量的增大,初凝和终凝时间先迅速缩短,后变化不大,强度呈先增大后减小的趋势。35%以下的石膏掺量会有AFm相生成,35%的石膏掺量能够保证钙矾石持续稳定生成,35%以上的石膏掺量,钙矾石生成量不再增加,且石膏有所剩余。
The physical performance,cement hydration reaction and hardening properties of ultrafine calcium sulphoaluminate(CSA)cement clinker with different amount of anhydrite were studied in this paper.The results indicate that,with the increase of anhydrite,initial and final setting time initially shorten quickly and then changed little,while the compressive strength first increased and then decreased.The hydration products of CSA cements are influenced by the dosage of anhydrite greatly.The dosage of 35%can ensure ettringite generated continuously and steady;Less than 35%leads to monosulfate generated;More dosage(over 35%)will cause anhydrite left and no more ettringite increase.
