摘要
开发利用地下空间时,所施工的地下建(构)筑物,因现场环境所限不能大开挖,以及施工工期、环保等要求,因而采用装配式预制钢筋混凝土沉井施工技术。该技术是通过对施工工艺流程、预制钢筋混凝土PC构件的制造与吊装、土方开挖与下沉控制,以及人、材、机的全面管理,而达到地下建(构)筑物的外围结构部分以沉井结构形式安全下沉到位。在沉井结构防护内,可以较好地安全完成地下建(构)筑物的所有施工内容。该技术的推广应用不仅能解决场地限制的结构安全施工问题,而且符合节能减排、绿色施工要求。
When developing and utilizing underground space,the underground buildings/structures to be constructed cannot be excavated due to the constraints of the site environment,as well as the construction period and environmental protection requirements.Therefore,prefabricated reinforced concrete caisson construction technology is adopted.This technology allows the surrounding structure part of the underground building/structure to sink in place in the form of a caisson structure safely through the comprehensive management of construction process flow,manufacturing and lifting of prefabricated reinforced concrete PC components,earthmoving and sinking control,and people,materials and machinery.Within the protection of the caisson structure,all construction contents of underground structures/structures can be completed safely.The popularization and application of this technology can not only solve the problem of safe construction of the site,but also meet the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction and green construction.
