浅谈医院基建管理优化问题

With the development and progress of science and technology,the improvement of people's living standard,when people choose to go to hospital,in addition to medical technology,other supporting facilities of the hospital also become an important reference factor.This virtually puts forward higher requirements on the overall environment and management system of the hospital,among which one of the most basic and significant impact on the development and impact of the hospital is the hospital infrastructure management.Hospital infrastructure management is an important part of hospital management,which not only provides safe and reliable working environment for medical staff,but also provides comfortable and convenient medical environment for patients.For the smooth operation of the hospital has a very important role and significance.Therefore,in order to improve the patient's medical experience and the better development of the hospital,the hospital infrastructure management must be optimized.This paper analyzes the optimization of hospital infrastructure management from three aspects:management system,management process and management personnel.
