交联聚苯乙烯多孔材料对四环素的吸附性能 被引量:1

摘要 以废旧泡沫和四氯化碳为原料制备交联聚苯乙烯(CPS)多孔材料,再用三乙醇胺对其改性,制备得到改性交联聚苯乙烯(MCPS);用扫描电镜(SEM)、BET(Brunauer-Emmett-Teller)比表面测试法等方法表征CPS与MCPS的形貌、粒径大小、比表面积及孔结构;用分光光度计法测出30℃下,CPS与MCPS对四环素(TC)的吸附量;运用准二级动力学方程对吸附实验数据进行拟合分析。研究表明,CPS对水体中的TC具有一定的吸附性能,其吸附速率常数与平衡吸附量分别可达8.36×10^-3 mg·g^-1·h^-1和75.8 mg/g。经三乙醇胺改性后制备的MCPS,介孔结构更加发达,比表面积增大,对TC的吸附速率常数和平衡吸附量分别为4.96×10^-3 mg·g^-1·h^-1和110.5 mg/g。综上所述,改性前后的CPS均可实现对水体中TC的吸附,改性过程可提升CPS的吸附能力,但降低了其吸附速率。 Cross-linked polystyrene(CPS)porous materials were prepared with waste foam and carbon tetrachloride as raw materials,and then modified with triethanolamine to prepare modified cross-linked polystyrene(MCPS).Morphology,particle size,specific surface area and pore structure of CPS and MCPS were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,Brunauer,Emmett-Teller specific surface area test,respectively.Spectrophotometer method was used to measure the adsorption of tetracycline(TC)by CPS and MCPS at 30℃.Pseudo-second-order kinetic equations were used to fit and analyze adsorption experiments data.The results show that CPS has certain adsorption properties for TC in water,and its adsorption rate and equilibrium adsorption amount can reach 8.36×10^-3 mg·g^-1·h^-1 and 75.8 mg/g,respectively.MCPS modified with triethanolamine has well-developed mesoporous structure and increased specific surface area.The adsorption rate and equilibrium adsorption capacity for TC are 4.96×10^-3 mg(/g·h)and 110.5 mg/g,respectively.In summary,both CPS and MCPS can adsorb TC from water.The modification process can increase the adsorption capacity of CPS,while reduce the adsorption rate.
