中医护理对小儿反复呼吸道感染治疗的效果分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on repeated respiratory infections in children

目的:分析中医护理对小儿反复呼吸道感染治疗的效果分析。方法:选择威海市妇幼保健院2018年5月-2019年5月收治的100例反复呼吸道感染患儿,按随机数字表分为两组,对照组50例采用常规护理,研究组50例在对照组基础上采用中医护理,对两组治疗效果及满意度进行比较。结果:研究组患儿治疗总有效率明显比对照组高(P <0.05);研究组患儿家属护理满意度为94.00%(47/50),明显比对照组高76.00%(32/50)(P <0.05)。结论:将中医护理应用于反复呼吸道感染患儿中,不仅能提高治疗效果,还能提高护理满意度,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on children with repeated respiratory infections.Methods:100 children with repeated respiratory infections were enrolled in Weihai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.50 patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and 50 patients in the study group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and satisfaction of the two group were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the family members in the study group was 94.00%(47/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.00%(32/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying traditional Chinese medicine to children with repeated respiratory infections can not only improve the treatment effect,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is worthy of popularization in clinical use.
