宣肺祛风汤对过敏性咳嗽患儿中医证候积分的影响

Effect of Xuanfei Qufeng decoction on TCM syndrome score of children with allergic cough

目的:探讨宣肺祛风汤对过敏性咳嗽患儿中医证候积分的影响。方法:选择2016年10月-2019年10月平邑县中医医院收治的过敏性咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,共240例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各120例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组加用宣肺祛风汤治疗,对比两组临床疗效及中医证候积分。结果:观察组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组主要症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组次要症状积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:宣肺祛风汤治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽可缓解临床症状,提高治疗效果,利于促进患儿转归,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xuanfei Qufeng decoction(宣肺祛风汤)on TCM syndrome score of children with allergic cough.Methods:A total of 240 children with allergic cough admitted to Pingyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with Xuanfei Qufeng decoction.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main symptom scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of secondary symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Qufeng decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect in the treatment of children's allergic cough,which is conducive to promote the recovery of children,and is worthy of clinical application.
