耳穴刺激对功能性胃肠疾病防治机理的研究探讨

本文对耳穴刺激疗法防治功能性胃肠疾病的机理进行了归纳分析,主要从功能性胃肠病的概念及治疗现状和耳穴刺激概念及耳穴刺激的理论依据两个方面进行归纳分析,主要内容包括西医对功能性胃肠病的认识、中医对功能性胃肠病的认识、功能性胃肠病的治疗现状,耳穴刺激的现代医学理论依据和中医理论依据。其中,耳穴刺激的现代医学理论依据又从耳穴与神经、耳穴的生物全息理论及生物电学说、耳穴与内分泌、耳穴与免疫等四个方面进行了详细分析。文章最后对全文内容进行了总结分析,以进一步明确耳穴刺激疗法防治功能性胃肠病的作用机制,为后续相关研究提供参考。

This article summarized and analyzed the mechanism of auricular acuacupoint stimulation therapy in preventing and treating functional gastrointestinal disorders.Mainly from the concept and treatment status of functional gastrointestinal disorders and auricular acupoint stimulation concept and theoretical basis of auricular acupoint stimulation are summarized and analyzed.The main contents include the understanding of western medicine to functional gastrointestinal disorders,the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine to functional gastrointestinal disorders,the treatment status of functional gastrointestinal disorders,the theoretical basis of modern medicine and the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine for auricular acupoint stimulation.Among them,the modern medical theoretical basis of auricular acupoint stimulation is analyzed in detail from four aspects:auricular acupoint and nerve,biological holographic theory and bioelectricity theory of auricular acupoint,auricular acupoint and endocrine,auricular acupoint and immunity.At the end of the article,the contents of the full text are summarized and analyzed in order to further clarify the mechanism of auricular acupoint stimulation therapy in preventing and treating functional gastrointestinal disorders and provide reference for subsequent related research.
