摘要
路易体痴呆(Dementia with Lewy Body,DLB)临床表现复杂不典型,且无特异性诊断指标,易造成误诊、漏诊。本文对1例路易体痴呆病例进行详细研究,并对文献进行回顾分析。
The clinical manifestations of dementia with lewy body are complex and atypical,and the absence of specific diagnostic indicators easily causes misdiagnosis.In this paper,a case of dementia with lewy body is studied in details,and literature is reviewed and analyzed.
