综合护理对2型糖尿病患者生活质量和预防急性并发症的效果影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing on quality of life and prevention of acute complications in type 2 diabetes patients

目的:探索综合护理对2型糖尿病患者提高生活质量和预防急性糖尿并发症的治疗效果及其影响。方法:选取2型糖尿病早期患者86例。把患者随机分为综合护理组和对照组两组。使用生活质量评定问卷来测定患者的生活质量改善状况。对比患者的各项临床指标,以及治疗后患者是否出现急性并发症。结果:在综合干预康复治疗后,综合护理组所有临床治疗患者的生活质量改善情况优于对照组(P <0.05)。患者在经过综合护理治疗后身体血糖等各项指标要比对照组低(P <0.05)。治疗后综合护理组糖尿病急性病发症发生率也明显比对照组低很多。结论:综合护理治疗是有效控制糖尿病患者的高血糖和预防其他急性糖尿病并发症的有效治疗方法,可改善患者的生活质量,值得对其进行广泛应用及推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on improving quality of life and preventing acute diabetes complications in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:86 patients with early type 2 diabetes were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the comprehensive care group and the control group.Quality of life(QOL)questionnaires were used to measure patients'quality of life improvement.The clinical indicators of the patients,and whether the patients developed acute complications after treatment were compared.Results:After comprehensive intervention rehabilitation treatment,the quality of life of all clinical patients in the comprehensive nursing group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After comprehensive nursing treatment,the body blood glucose and other indicators were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of acute diabetes in the comprehensive care group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing treatment is an effective method to effectively control hyperglycemia and prevent other acute diabetic complications,and it can improve the quality of life of patients.
