防风通圣丸联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Fangfeng Tongsheng pill combined with desloratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria

目的:探讨防风通圣丸联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:选择2018年9月-2019年9月在济南市第三人民医院接受治疗的108例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象,均分为研究组和对照组,两组均为54例。对照组给予地氯雷他定,研究组采用防风通圣丸联合地氯雷他定治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果:研究组药物起效时间(2.03±0.32)d、症状消失时间(12.83±3.24)d,相比于对照组均显著更短(P <0.05);生活质量评分(90.16±2.36)分,相比于对照组显著更高(P <0.05);不良反应发生率9.25%(5/54),相比于对照组更少(P <0.05)。结论:防风通圣丸联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果显著,有利于加快症状缓解,减少不良反应发生率,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng pill(防风通圣丸)combined with desloratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:A total of 108 patients with chronic urticaria who were treated in Ji'nan Third People's Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled in the study group and the control group.Each group was of 54 patients.The control group was given desloratadine,and the study group was treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng pill combined with desloratadine.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of onset of the drug(2.03±0.32)d and the time of disappearance of symptoms(12.83±3.24)d in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was(90.16±2.36),compared with the control group,it was significantly higher(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.25%(5/54),which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng pill combined with desloratadine is significant in the treatment of chronic urticaria,which is helpful to accelerate the relief of symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
