六味地黄丸加减辅助二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者炎性因子及血糖指标的影响

Effect of Modified Liuwei Dihuang pill and metformin on inflammatory factors and blood glucose indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:分析研究六味地黄丸加减辅助二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者炎性因子及血糖指标的影响。方法:本次研究选取的患者资料,为2018年1月-2019年3月接受日照市岚山区虎山卫生院治疗的120例2型糖尿病患者,根据患者治疗方案的不同,对这些患者进行分组,使用二甲双胍治疗的患者为对照组,在对照组基础上,使用六味地黄丸加减辅助治疗的患者为研究组,分析对比两组患者的临床治疗结果。结果:研究组患者治疗后的炎性因子及血糖指标改善效果明显优于对照组患者,两组对比数据差异性具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者治疗前的炎性因子水平及血糖指标相对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结果:研究数据显示,在2型糖尿病患者的治疗过程中,采取六味地黄丸加减辅助二甲双胍进行治疗,在有效改善患者炎性因子的基础上,可进一步控制患者的血糖,加强对患者的治疗效果。

Objective:To study the effects of Modified Liuwei Dihuang pill(六味地黄丸)and metformin on inflammatory factors and blood glucose indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:The data of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in Hushan Health Center,Lanshan District,Rizhao City from January 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups according to the different treatment schemes.The patients treated with metformin were the control group.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the study group were treated with Modified Liuwei Dihuang pill and metformin,and the clinical treatment results of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The improvement effect of inflammatory factors and blood glucose indexes in the study group after treatment was better than that in the control group after treatment.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors and blood sugar indexes between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,which was of no statistical significance.Conclusion:The research data shows that in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,Modified Liuwei Dihuang pill and metformin can further control the blood sugar of patients and strengthen the treatment effect of patients on the basis of effectively improving the inflammatory factors of patients.
