针灸联合穴位注射治疗肺癌化疗后呃逆的临床研究

Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of hiccup after chemotherapy for lung cancer

目的:观察针灸联合穴位注射治疗肺癌化疗后呃逆的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:选择肿瘤一、二、三科60例确诊肺癌行化疗后出现呃逆的患者,使用针灸内关穴、足三里穴等穴位;穴位注射维生素B1注射液于双侧内关穴、足三里穴。6 d为1个疗程。结果:将收集的60例患者运用STATA软件随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组总有效率70.37%(19/27);试验组总有效率87.87%(29/33)。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:针灸联合穴位注射治疗肺癌化疗后呃逆可以快速止呃,提高肺癌患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and side effects of acupuncture combined with Acupoint Injection on hiccup after chemotherapy of lung cancer.Method:60 cases of lung cancer with hiccup after chemotherapy were selected from Oncology Department.Use acupuncture points such as Neiguan(内关)and Zusanli(足三里),point injection of vitamin B1 injection at Neiguan and Zusanli points.Result:60 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with SATAT software.The total effective rate of the control group was 70.37%(19/27);the total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.87%(29/33).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection can quickly stop hiccup after chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
