中医护理联合早期康复护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者的影响评价

Evaluation of the effect of TCM nursing combined with early rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

目的:探讨对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施中医护理联合早期康复护理的效果。方法:随机选取威海市中医院在2018年6月-2019年3月收治的68例老年股骨颈骨折患者参与本次试验,按照随机数字表法对其进行平均分组,其中观察组与对照组各有34例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用中医护理+早期康复护理,就其护理效果进行分析、对比。结果:观察组患者在术后1个月、3个月、6个月的髋关节功能评分较之对照组更高,术后并发症发生率8.8%(3/34)较之对照组32.4%(11/34)更低,两组相比P <0.05。结论:对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施中医护理+早期康复护理有助于改善其髋关节功能,并预防各类并发症的发生,加快病情的康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with early rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:A total of 68 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to Weihai Hospital of Tradition Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in this trial.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received TCM nursing+early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect was analyzed and compared.Results:The hip function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery.The postoperative complication rate of the observation group 8.8%(3/34)was lower than that of the control group 32.4%(11/34).Two groups were compared,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of TCM nursing combined with early rehabilitation nursing can improve the hip function and prevent the occurrence of various complications and accelerate the recovery of the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.
