基于拓展训练理念的新时期高校劳动教育课程体系构建

摘要 拓展训练课程通过其真实体验、动手实践、主动探索和身体锻炼等多方面特点为新时期高校劳动教育注入新的理念。文章运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,结合拓展训练和高校劳动教育特点从理论上深入分析了拓展训练理念融入高校劳动教育课程的必要性,在此基础上,从理论依据、课程准备、课程类型选择、组织与实施和总结回顾几个方面出发,构建融入拓展训练理念的高校劳动教育课程体系。 The Outward-bound training course injects new ideas into the labor education of colleges and universities in the new era through its real experience,hands-on practice,active exploration and physical exercise.By using the methods of questionnaire survey,expert interview and logical analysis,combined with the characteristics of Outward-bound training and labor education in colleges and universities,the necessity of integrating the concept of Outward-bound training into the course of labor education in colleges and universities has been theoretically analyzed,in order to demonstrate its feasibility from various aspects.Therefore,a curriculum system of labor education in colleges and universities integrated with the concept of Outward-bound training is constructed from the aspects of theoretical basis,curriculum preparation,curriculum type selection,organization and implementation,and summary and review.
