摘要
提高绿色要素增长效率是实现扬子江城市群区域经济高质量发展的主要途径。基于非期望产出的SBM超效率模型以及马奎指数对扬子江城市群8市的绿色要素增长效率从动态、静态两个方面进行评价,并利用Tobit模型对影响绿色要素增长的人力资本、产业结构、能源消耗量等因素进行实证分析后探究各因素对绿色要素增长效率影响的差异性,在此基础上,提出提升扬子江城市群绿色要素增长效率的政策建议。
Improving the growth efficiency of green elements is the major approach in realizing the high-quality development of regional economy of Yangtze River City Group.Dynamic and static evaluation has been carried out with 8 cities’green growth efficiency in Yangtze river based on SBM super efficiency model and Marquee index.Empirical analysis has been conducted on the influencing factors of green growth efficiency such as human capital,industrial structure,energy consumption with USES Tobit model to explore the diversity of impact of various factors.Policy recommendations are put forward with the purpose of enhancing the green elements in Yangtze river city group.
