摘要 医学英语教学改革是国际大环境对医学教育提出的必然要求。普通医学院校学生存在医学英语学习水平参差不齐、学生特点和需求各异的情况,统一的教学目标和方式不利于因材施教。本研究拟构建医学英语隐性分层教学模式,根据学生基础和特点差异在自然班内设置异质小组,设定分层目标,推进教学方式分层,并实行分层评价。教师拟定医学英语听说读写各模块的分组合作任务,将其按难度层级细分为不同微任务,分配给不同层次的组内成员,形成组内合作、组间竞争的学习氛围,并通过分层评价提高学生的学习动力和成就感。医学英语隐性分层教学模式旨在针对学生差异进行因材施教,缓解学生焦虑感,优化学习效果。 Medical English teaching reform is an inevitable requirement of the international environment for medical education.Students in general medical schools have uneven levels of medical English learning and different characteristics and needs of students.A unified teaching goal and method are not conducive to teaching according to their aptitudes.This study intends to build an implicit hierarchical teaching model of medical English,set up heterogeneous groups in natural classes based on differences in student bases and characteristics,set hierarchical goals,promote hierarchical teaching methods,and implement hierarchical evaluation.Teachers formulate grouped and cooperative tasks for each module of medical English listening,speaking,reading and writing,subdivide them into different micro-tasks according to the difficulty level,and assign them to the members of the group at different levels to form a learning atmosphere of cooperation and competition among the groups and improve students'motivation and sense of achievement through hierarchical evaluation.The implicit hierarchical teaching mode of medical English aims at teaching students according to their differences,alleviating students'anxiety and optimizing the learning effect.
