整体性急诊急救护理在急诊危重症患者中的应用研究

目的探讨整体性急诊急救护理应用于急诊危重症患者中的实际临床效果。方法选取2018年9月~2019年12月本院接受治疗的急诊危重症患者80例。将患者分为两组,对照组40例患者均接受常规急诊急救护理,观察组40例患者给予整体性急诊急救护理。比较两组患者的不良事件发生情况、救治时间、抢救成功率及家属满意度。结果观察组患者的不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组,救治时间明显短于对照组,抢救成功率及家属满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体性急诊急救护理应于急诊危重症患者中有显著的应用效果,在减少患者抢救时间、提升抢救质量方面有积极作用,值得进一步推广应用于。

Objective To explore the actual clinical effect of holistic emergency first-aid nursing on critically ill patients in emergency.Methods A total of 80 patients selected from critically ill patients who were admitted to and treated in our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were taken as the subjects of research and were divided into two groups.40 patients of the control group all received conventional emergency first-aid nursing,while 40 patients of the observation group were given holistic emergency first-aid nursing.The incidence of adverse events(AEs),emergency treatment time,successful emergency rescue rate and satisfaction degree of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence rate of AEs of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the emergency treatment time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the successful emergency rescue rate and the scores of satisfaction degree of family members were both significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic emergency first-aid nursing produces significant application effect on critically ill patients in emergency.It plays a positive role in reducing the rescuing time for patients and improving the rescuing quality,which is worthy of further promotion.
