“智慧医院”背景下智慧后勤综合管理平台的构建 被引量:21

摘要 长期以来,医院后勤管理工作缺位,更缺乏智慧化管理手段,导致工作开展成本高、效率低、反馈差等诸多问题。随着大数据时代的到来,我国医院行业信息化应用程度越来越高,覆盖面也越来越广,样本单位正积极推行"智慧医院"建设,并基于此背景对上述问题进行思考,拟通过智慧后勤综合管理平台建设,来解决现存问题,同时建设多维度、全覆盖的综合管理中心来保证平台有效的落地。针对智慧后勤综合管理平台的建设,结合医院实际情况,从安全、效率、效益、智慧四个方面着手分析,围绕该四大目标,拟建设基于可视化管理系统,对综合监控系统、能源管理系统、设备管理系统进行联动的医院后勤综合管理平台。 For a long time,the lack of logistics management in hospitals and the lack of intelligent management means have led to various problems such as high costs of work,low efficiency,and negative feedback.With the coming of big data era,China’s hospital industry information application degree is getting higher,and it coverage is more and more extensive.The sample hospitals are actively implementing the construction of"smart hospital".Based on this background,we think about the above problems and plan to build an integrated management platform of smart logistics to solve the existing problems and a multi-dimensional,full-coverage integrated management center to ensure the effective implementation of the platform.In view of the construction of integrated management platform of smart logistics,combined with the actual situation of the hospital,through the analysis from four aspects of safety,efficiency,benefit and smart,around the four goals,it is proposed to build a hospital logistics integrated management platform based on the visual management system,which links the integrated monitoring system,energy management system and equipment management system.
