Objective To compare the incidence of thyroid disease and the incidence of thyroid disease in the general population in Heilongjiang Province,to investigate whether radiation affects the incidence of thyroid disease in this group of people, and to explore its influencing factors. Methods 475 radiation workers who received occupational health checkups in the hospital in Heilongjiang province were enrolled from January 2018 to December 2019.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of thyroid diseases in these workers. Results The detection rate of thyroid disease among the radiation workers in Heilongjiang Province was 41%,and the prevalence was significantly higher than that among the general population(P<0.01).Age,gender,and eating habits were the influencing factors of thyroid diseases in these radiation workers in Heilongjiang Province. In addition, the influencing factors of thyroid diseases in radiation workers included the cumulative value of individual radiation equivalents and the type of work. Conclusion In Heilongjiang province, the incidence of thyroid disease among radiation workers is higher than that among the general population.Age,gender, diet, cumulative value of individual radiation equivalents and type of work are factors that affect thyroid disease.
