济南市医疗机构口腔诊疗用水污染状况调查

Investigation on the Pollution of Water Used for Oral Treatment in Medical Institutions in Ji’nan

目的了解济南市医疗机构口腔诊疗用水污染状况,为医疗机构提高口腔诊疗安全与控制医院感染提供依据。方法采用现场采样检测的方法,2014年—2018年对济南市医疗机构口腔诊疗用水进行细菌菌落总数检测。结果检测水样881份,合格653份,合格率74.12%;水样合格率,2014年为58.33%,2015年为62.28%,2016年为88.37%,2017年为86.23%,2018年为72.22%(P<0.01);采集水源水合格率为81.16%;手机喷水合格率为72.49%;冲洗水合格率为68.57%(P<0.01);一级医院合格率72.13%,二级医院合格率77.14%,三级医院合格率86.60%(P<0.01)。结论济南市医疗机构口腔门诊综合治疗台诊疗用水普遍污染,手机喷水和冲洗水合格率较低。

Objective To understand the water pollution of oral diagnosis and treatment in medical institutions in Ji’nan,and to provide the basis for improving the safety of oral diagnosis and treatment and controlling hospital infection.Methods The total number of bacterial colonies in oral water of medical institutions in Ji’nan city from 2014 to 2018 was detected by field sampling method.Results 881 water samples were tested,653 were qualified,and the qualified rate was 74.12%;the qualified rate of water samples was 58.33%in 2014,62.28%in 2015,88.37%in 2016,86.23%in 2017,and 72.22%in 2018(P<0.01);the qualified rate of collected source water was 81.16%;the qualified rate of mobile phone spray was 72.49%;and the qualified rate of flushing water was 68.57%(P<0.01).The qualified rate of first-class hospital,second-class hospital and third-class hospital were 72.13%,77.14%and 86.60%respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion The water for diagnosis and treatment of comprehensive treatment table in stomatology clinic of medical institutions in Ji’nan city is generally polluted,and the qualified rate of mobile phone spray and flushing water is low.
