阿托伐他汀佐治对冠心病伴脑梗死患者的影响

Effect of Atorvastatin on Patients With Coronary Heart Disease and Cerebral Infarction

目的观察阿托伐他汀辅助治疗对冠心病合并脑梗死患者的影响。方法将我院2017年3月—2019年10月接诊冠心病合并脑梗死患者中的148例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,命名为参照组与治疗组,各74例。参照组口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片,治疗组加用阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组冠心病合并脑梗死患者治疗前后血脂指标水平的变化与两组的临床治疗疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)及参照组TC水平均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05),且治疗组低于参照组(均P<0.05);治疗组治疗有效率(93.24%)高于参照组(81.08%),P<0.05。结论以阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗冠心病伴脑梗死,可降低患者血脂水平、提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin on patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction.Methods 148 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group,74 cases in each group.The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with atorvastatin.The changes of blood lipid index before and after treatment and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and TC in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the reference group(all P<0.05),and the treatment efficiency in the treatment group(93.24%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(81.08%),P<0.05.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with cerebral infarction can significantly reduce the level of blood lipid and improve the clinical efficacy.
