卡马西平与加巴喷丁治疗三叉神经痛的效果

Effect of Carbamazepine and Gabapentin on Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的对比卡马西平与加巴喷丁治疗三叉神经痛的效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月于我院治疗的三叉神经痛患者80例,以随机数字表法进行分组。对照组40例患者接受卡马西平治疗,研究组40例患者接受加巴喷丁治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎症因子水平,以及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为95.00%高于对照组75.00%(P <0.05)。治疗后研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)与白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平均低于对照组(P <0.01)。在不良反应发生率比较中,研究组(7.50%)较对照组(30.00%)更低(P <0.05)。结论相较于卡马西平,加巴喷丁治疗三叉神经痛的效果与安全性更为确切。

Objective To compare the effect of carbamazepine and gabapentin in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 80 patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected,the patients were divided into groups by random number table.40 patients in the control group received carbamazepine treatment,while 40 patients in the study group received gabapentin treatment.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group 75.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of(TNF-α)and(IL-6)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).In the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions(7.50%)in the study group was lower than(30.00%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect and safety of gabapentin in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia is more accurate.
