小儿支气管肺炎的临床治疗方案分析

Analysis of Clinical Treatment of Bronchopneumonia in Children

目的探讨小儿支气管肺炎的临床治疗方案及效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年9月我院收治的支气管肺炎患儿,共136例,采用随机数字表法将其分组,各68例,对照组施以综合治疗方式,试验组在综合治疗方式的基础上采用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入辅助治疗,对患儿的临床疗效、不良反应情况、咳嗽持续时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间进行观察。结果试验组的临床治疗总有效率较高,不良反应发生率较低,咳嗽持续时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间较短,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论综合治疗的基础上联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入辅助治疗对于治疗小儿支气管肺炎具有良好的效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment and effect of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods 136 cases of bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group by random digital table method,68 cases each,the control group was treated with comprehensive treatment,the experimental group was treated with acetylcysteine atomization inhalation assisted treatment on the basis of comprehensive treatment,the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,cough duration,cough disappearance time,rale disappearance time were observed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was obviously higher,and the adverse reactions were higher incidence was significantly lower,cough duration,cough disappearance time,rale disappearance time was significantly shorter,compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment with acetylcysteine atomization inhalation is effective in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.It can not only improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
