基于一米法则的改良护理与PICU噪音的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation Between the Improved Nursing Based on One Meter Rule and PICU Noise

目的探讨基于"一米法则"应用于日常护理,并探讨其在儿童重症监护病房(PICU)的应用价值。方法了解PICU噪音的现况,明确噪音的来源,按本科室所开展的护理治疗改善项目进行逐步推进,分阶段对PICU实施基于一米法则的基础护理改善,然后比较干预前后PICU的噪音水平。结果 PICU护士站噪音水平相对较高;在应用一米法则干预后PICU的整体平均噪音水平和护士站各试验点的噪音水平均低于干预前;患儿家属及本科医护人员对一米法则满意度提前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于一米法则的改良护理在不增加物力、人力及财力的基础上有效地降低PICU的噪音水平,进而提高患儿家属及医护人员的满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of"one meter rule"in pediatric intensive care unit(PICU)and daily care.Methods To understand the current situation of PICU nosie and to identify the source of noise.The one-meter rule was applied to improve the basic nursing care of PICU,and then the noise level of PICU was compared before and after intervention.Results The noise level of the PICU station was remarkably de-regulated than pre-intervention.both the staffs and the patient relatives were satisfied with this intervention,it was significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The one meter rule based nursing improvement without increasing material,human and financial resoueces can not only effectively reduce the noise level of PICU,but also significantly improve the satisfaction of relatives patients and medical staff.
