以患者为中心的优质护理在门诊分诊护理中的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of High Quality Patient-Centered Nursing in Outpatient Triage Care

目的研究以患者为中心的优质护理在门诊分诊护理中的疗效。方法入选68例门诊患者,采用随机方式导入两组,各34例,观察组给予以患者为中心的优质护理、对照组给予常规护理,比较两组各项指标。结果观察组就诊时间(3.25±1.27)min短于对照组就诊时间(5.15±1.35)min(P <0.05)。观察组满意度94.12%高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑和抑郁情绪评分与对照组评分相比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过在门诊分诊护理中实施以患者为中心的优质护理,取得显著的护理效果。

Objective To study the effect of patient-centered quality nursing in outpatient triage care.Methods A total of 68 outpatients were selected and randomized in two groups,with 34 cases in each case.The observation group was given high-quality patient-centered care,and the control group was given routine care.The indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The observation time of the observation group(3.25±1.27)min was shorter than that of the control group(5.15±1.35)min(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 94.12%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of patient-centered high-quality care in outpatient triage care,significant nursing effects have been achieved.
