微创保胆取石术后联用胆道排石汤治疗胆囊结石疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating cholecystolithiasis by micro-invasive biliary stone surgery plus the Dandao Paishi decoction

目的:对微创保胆取石术后联用胆道排石汤治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效进行分析。方法:以54例胆囊结石患者作为此次研究对象,收治的时间在2018年1月-2019年6月期间,根据硬币分组法将其分为单一组和联合组,单一组经微创保胆取石术进行治疗,联合组经微创保胆取石术联合胆道排石汤进行治疗,对比治疗疗效。结果:单一组与联合组患者胆囊壁厚、收缩功能、总并发症发生率、复发率、中医症状积分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创保胆取石术联合胆道排石汤治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效较为理想,不仅可促进胆囊功能的恢复,还可降低并发症与疾病复发的概率,在临床中具有推广意义。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of micro-invasive biliary stone surgery plus the Dandao Paishi decoction(胆道排石汤)on cholecystolithiasis.Methods:54 patients were divided into the single treatment group and combined treatment group.The single treatment group was treated by micro-invasive biliary stone surgery,and the combined treatment group was treated with the Dandao Paishi decoction more.Results:The data of gallbladder wall thickness,contraction function,total complication rate,recurrence rate and TCM symptom integral between two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-invasive biliary stone surgery plus the Dandao Paishi decoction was effective,can promote the recovery of gallbladder function,reduce the probability of complications and disease recurrence,and is worthy of promotion.
