小柴胡胶囊在免疫球蛋白A肾病患者中的应用效果探析

The effects of the Xiaochaihu capsule on immunoglobulin A nephropathy

目的:分析小柴胡胶囊在免疫球蛋白A肾病(Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy,IgAN)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年8月笔者所在单位收治的IgAN患者76例作为研究对象,根据不同治疗措施分成甲组和乙组,两组各38例。甲组患者接受常规治疗,乙组患者在甲组基础上应用小柴胡胶囊。比较两组临床疗效、血尿相关指标。结果:甲组患者临床总有效率低于乙组,P<0.05。治疗前,两组患者尿红细胞、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量等临床指标水平相比,P>0.05;治疗后,两组上述临床指标水平相比,P<0.001。结论:小柴胡胶囊治疗IgAN的疗效可靠,明显能改善患者血肌酐等指标。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the Xiaochaihu capsule(小柴胡胶囊)on IgAN.Methods:76 patients were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment measures,they were divided into the group A and group B,with 38 cases in each group.The group A received conventional treatment,and the group B received the Xiaochaihu capsule more.Results:The efficiency in the group A was lower than that in the group B,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of clinical indicators such as urine red blood cells,blood creatinine,and 24 h urine protein quantitative were compared between the two groups,P<0.001.Conclusion:The Xiaochaihu capsule is reliable in the treatment of IgAN,and can obviously improve serum creatinine and other indicators.
