加味补中益气汤治疗隐匿性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的经验探析

A study on experience in treating occult glomerulonephritis proteinuria with the Buzhong Yiqi decoction

介绍加味补中益气汤治疗隐匿性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的思路和经验。认为脾气亏虚,运化失常、升降失司是导致本病的关键,并依据其病因病机,提出了补脾益气,升阳举陷,摄精固元的治疗原则,灵活将中医辨病及辨证相结合,扶正祛邪,虚实标本兼顾,在临床诊治中获效颇丰。

The thinking and experience of the Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction(加味补中益气汤)in treating occult glomerulonephritis proteinuria was introduced.Piqi Kuixu(脾气亏虚),Yunhua Shichang(运化失常),Shengjiang Shisi(升降失司)were the key to this disease.Based on its etiology and pathogenesis,the treatment principles of Bupi Yiqi(补脾益气),Shengyang Juxian(升阳举陷),Shejing Guyuan(摄精固元),TCM medicine should be flexibly differentiated the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation,to achieve the purpose of Quzheng Fuxie(扶正祛邪),Xushi Biaoben Jiangu(虚实标本兼顾).It has been very effective in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
