探讨黄芪润肠汤联合针刺髎穴治疗出口梗阻型便秘患者的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of the Huangqi Runchang decoction plus acupuncture at the Liao points on OOC

目的:研究黄芪润肠汤联合针刺髎穴治疗出口梗阻型便秘患者的临床效果。方法:随机抽取我院于2018年1月-2019年10月期间收治的80例出口梗阻型便秘患者为研究对象,依据治疗方案划分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),对照组接受黄芪润肠汤治疗,观察组接受黄芪润肠汤联合针刺髎穴治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后排便症状积分、肛门直肠动力学相关指标及生活质量进行评价与对比。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后排便症状积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肛管最大收缩压(AM-CP)与肛管静息压(Anal Resting Pressure,ARP)均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于出口梗阻型便秘患者应用黄芪润肠汤联合针刺髎穴治疗效果尤为显著,能够有效缓解便秘症状,稳定肛门直肠动力学,从而提高患者的生活质量,在临床上具有应用价值。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of the Huangqi Runchang decoction(黄芪润肠汤)plus acupuncture at the Liao points(髎穴)on outlet obstruction constipation.Methods:80 patients were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases).The control group received the Huangqi Runchang decoction,and the observation group received acupuncture at Liao points more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Scores of bowel symptoms after treatment in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).AM-CP and ARP were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huangqi Runchang decoction with acupuncture at the Liao points was effective,can effectively relieve constipation symptoms,stabilize anorectal dynamics,and improve the quality of life.It has clinical application value.
