摘要
本实验研究板蓝根淀粉含量与其活性成分的相关性,已检验“粉性大者为佳”的适用性。采用分光光度法测定淀粉含量。采用高效液相法(HPLC)测定(R,S)-告依春,靛蓝,靛玉红含量,并对所测数据进行相关性分析。结果表明板蓝根中淀粉含量与其活性成分无相关性,板蓝根中的淀粉含量过高会影响活性成分的积累。
To study the correlation between active ingredients and Isatidis Radix,the applicability of“powder is better”has been tested.The content of starch was determined by spectrophotometry and HPLC was used to determine the contents of(R,S)-epigoitrine,indigo and indirubin,and the correlation analysis was conducted.The results show that there was no significant correlation between the starch content and its main medicinal constituents of Isatidis Radix.High starch content could affect the accumulation of medicinal ingredients in Isatidis Radix.
