摘要 随着石油成交价格长期上涨缓慢和各大油田开采进入中后期导致的开采含水率高采收率低影响,石油行业有必要发展石油开采的新技术,提高采收率降低开采和原油处理成本。随着采出液含水率越来越高,产出水的举升、储存以及处理,设备资金的投入费用在不断增加,产出水处理过程所造成的破坏环保。因此,应用井下油水分离技术实现同井注采从而降低经济成本,减小环境压力是十分必要的采油方式。本文介绍了井下油水分离技术国内外研究现状及分离系统原理、分类,阐述了井下油水分离技术的发展方向。 As the oil transaction price rises slowly for a long time and the major oil fields enter the middle and late stage of exploitation,the oil industry needs to develop new technology of oil exploitation,improve oil recovery and reduce the cost of extraction and crude oil treatment.As the moisture content of produced liquid is higher and higher,the input cost of equipment capital is increasing in the lifting,storage and treatment of produced water,and the destruction of environmental protection caused by the treatment process of produced water.Therefore,it is very necessary to apply downhole oil-water separation technology to realize the same well injection and production[1]so as to reduce the economic cost and environmental pressure.This paper introduces the research status of downhole oil and water separation technology at home and abroad,the principle and classification of the separation system,and expounds the development direction of downhole oil and water separation technology.
