摘要
钆塞酸二钠(gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid,Gd-EOB-DTPA)已经成为诊断肝细胞癌的重要工具。其可提高肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)及早期HCC诊断的敏感性和准确性,并能够反映HCC病灶的生物学特征及分化程度,为HCC术前及治疗后评价提供新的指导。笔者综述了Gd-EOB-DTPA在HCC诊断及生物学特性评估中的研究进展。
gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid(Gd-EOB-DTPA)has become an important tool for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.It can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and early HCC,and can reflect the biological characteristics and differentiation of HCC lesions,and provide new guidance for preand post-treatment evaluation of HCC.This article reviews the research progress of Gd-EOBDTPA in the diagnosis and biological characteristics evaluation of HCC.
