摘要
结合日本"一村一品"特色农业发展模式的实践经验,选取浙江省Y市X村和P村为个案,从实证的角度对两个村以同一种特色农产品发展"一村一品"的两种模式进行比较,分析两个村庄在以特色农产品为龙头的产业振兴和产业链延伸、一二三产业融合发展、美丽乡村建设等方面表现出来的不同特点、结果和不足。提出推进农村"一村一品"发展目的不是单纯为了发展农业经济,而是通过发展农业经济促进新农村建设,缩小城乡差距,最终实现乡村振兴宏伟战略。
This paper aims to examine two different developmental modes of " One Village One Product" by taking X village and P village in Zhejiang Province as comparison cases. It probes into the different features and outcomes in these two villages’ developmental process of expansion of their industrial chains,integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and construction of beautiful countryside and it tries to figure out one proper developmental path for villages in China to follow in the process of construction of " One Village One Product". It finds that the ultimate goal for " One Village One Product" is not only confines to economic returns,but also it promotes the overall new countryside construction and helps to bridge the gap between urban and rural areas,and eventually fulfills the grand strategy of rural vitalization.
