基于数据可视化软件的量子点研究现状分析

Research Status of Quantum Dots Based on Data Visualization Software

论文探索基于CNKI、Web of Science、Ckcest等数据库,利用VOSviewer、AMiner、中国工程科技知识中心等类可视化分析软件,对量子点相关领域的大量文献、期刊、学位论文等进行数据分析。研究得出关于量子点的发展概况、重点方向、权威作者以及权威机构等定性与定量相结合的现状分析结论。通过柱状图、饼图、玫瑰图、折线图等形式清晰直观地展现量子点领域研究现状的相关指标。具有很强的说服力、严谨性和权威性,对于研究工作的突破方向、攻关重点等具有指引作用,对于规范、深入、严谨地开展科研工作,具有方法借鉴意义。

This article explores database based on CNKI,Web of Science,Ckcest,and it uses visualization analysis software such as VOSviewer,AMiner,China engineering science and technology knowledge center to analyze a large number of literatures,journals,dissertations in the field of quantum dots.The development situation,key directions,authoritative authors and authorities of quantum dots are studied and a conclusion of analysis status through combine qualitative and quantitative is drawn.It shows the related indicators of research the field of quantum dots clearly and intuitively through the histogram,pie chart,rose diagram and line charts.It has strong persuasiveness,preciseness and authoritativeness,which can guide the breakthrough direction and key points of the research work,provide reference for the standardized,in-depth and rigorous scientific research work.
