双腔室自激振荡脉冲喷嘴空化射流的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 以双腔室自激振荡脉冲喷嘴为基础,对喷嘴腔室结构进行掺气处理,应用FLUENT软件对其进行数值模拟,分析不同掺气孔的孔径、位置以及数目对腔室内空化程度的影响,结果表明:当掺气孔径由4mm增加到12mm时,腔室内湍动能减小,涡环对称性变差,不利于空化的发生。当掺气孔采用前后腔室上下对称分布排列时,腔室内空化程度高。 Based on the self-excited oscillating pulsed nozzle with two chambers,the structure of the chamber is aerated.The numerical simulation is carried out by FLUENT software.The effects of the aperture,location and number of different aeration holes on the cavitation degree in the chamber are analyzed.The results show that when the diameter of the aeration hole increased from 4 mm to 12 mm,the turbulence in the chamber is observed.As the kinetic energy decreases,the symmetry of the vortex ring becomes worse,which is not conducive to the occurrence of cavitation.When the aeration holes are arranged symmetrically in front and back of the chamber,the degree of cavitation in the chamber is high.
