中国经济发展进入新阶段,三期叠加成为经济发展的阶段性特征,站在当前时点看新经济,国内科创企业进入“三期叠加”的态势也十分明显。但由于科创企业“两高一轻”特点明显,商业银行服务科创企业仍然存在一定的制度障碍。因此,商业银行采取了大量实践推动科创金融的发展,初级层次主要通过产品创新和机构改革,中级层次则开始探索服务模式创新,到高级层次升级到内部体系优化,取得了一定成效。为更好地服务科创企业,商业银行要进一步明确科技金融的发展战略,通过靶向营销直接发现客户,加快信贷体系和产品创新体系的优化。

China's economic development has entered a new stage,and the three-phase superposition has be⁃come a phased feature of economic development.Looking at the new economy at the current point of time,the situa⁃tion of domestic science and technology enterprises entering the"three-phase superposition"is also very obvious.However,due to the obvious characteristics of"high human capitalization,high technology investment and light as⁃sets"of science and technology enterprises,there are still certain institutional obstacles in commercial banks serving science and technology enterprises.Therefore,commercial banks have adopted a lot of practice to promote the devel⁃opment of science and technology finance.The primary level was mainly through product innovation and institution⁃al reform,the intermediate level has begun to explore service model innovation,and the advanced level has been up⁃graded to internal system optimization,which has achieved certain results.In order to better serve science and tech⁃nology enterprises,commercial banks should further clarify the development strategy of technology finance,directly discover customers through targeted marketing,and accelerate the optimization of the credit system and product in⁃novation system.
