我国国家安全治理研究述评

Review of China’s National Security Governance Research

[目的/意义]对CNKI平台上中国国家安全治理相关研究文献进行梳理分析,为我国总体国家安全实践提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]基于分类梳理的方法,对我国国家安全治理的基础理论、网络安全治理、食药环安全治理、政治安全维护、社会问题治理等进行了较为全面的阐释。[结果/结论]通过分析发现,我国国家安全治理研究刚刚起步,理论体系还未形成,研究中存在跨学科研究较弱、网络安全治理不够全面、食药环安全治理缺乏具体措施、政治安全维护针对性不强、社会问题治理研究深度不足等问题。故未来的研究方向应以总体国家安全观为指导,推进国家安全治理分支学科建设、持续增强传统国家安全维护研究、强化新兴非传统国家安全治理研究、协同推进城市乡村公共安全治理研究、注重人民安全维护研究,进一步促进我国总体国家安全实践。

[Purpose/Significance]This paper combs and analyzes the relevant research documents of China’s national security governance on the CNKI platform to provide reference for China’s overall national security practice.[Method/Process]Based on the method of classification and combing,the basic theories of China’s national security governance,network security governance,food and drug safety and eco-enviromental security governance,political security maintenance,and social problem governance is fully explained.[Result/Conclusion]Through analysis,it is found that China’s national security governance research has just started,and the theoretical system has not yet been formed.There are weak interdisciplinary studies,insufficient comprehensive network security governance,lack of specific measures for food and drug safety and eco-environmental security governance,lack of targeted political security maintenance,and lack of sufficient research on social problem governance.Therefore,the future research direction should be guided by the overall national security concept,promote the construction of national security governance branches,continue to strengthen traditional national security maintenance research,strengthen emerging non-traditional national security governance research,collaboratively promote urban and rural public security governance research,and focus on the people’s security maintenance research,further promote China’s overall national security practice.
