摘要 [目的/意义]了解人与人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,以下称"AI")协作模式的发展现状和探索其发展趋势,为未来人与AI协作发展提供方向。[方法/过程]以"Human Artificial Intelligence Collaboration""人与人工智能协作"等为主题词在Web of Science和CNKI数据库进行文献检索。回顾人与AI协作发展进程,通过文献对人与AI的协作模式进行分类、归纳和总结。[结果/结论]研究发现,目前AI技术整合方式主要集中在增强层,该层细分为三个子类:体现、放大、交互。另外,人类主导、分工合作的协作模式是当前热点,AI主导的协作模式可作为下一步研究方向。本研究最后提出人与AI协作模式存在的三个问题,并对未来人与AI协作的研究提出建议。 [Purpose/Significance]This paper explores the development status and development trend of the cooperation mode between human and artificial intelligence(hereinafter referred to as"AI"),and provides direction for the future development of human and AI collaboration.[Method/Process]First,we searched"Human Artificial Intelligence Collaboration"with Web of Science and CNKI databases.Then,we reviewed the development process of cooperation between human and AI,and classified,concluded and summarized the cooperation modes between human and AI based on the literature retrieved.[Result/Conclusion]The research results show that the current integration of AI technology mainly focuses on the augmentation layer,which is subdivided into three subcategories:embodied,amplified and interacting.In addition,the collaboration model of human-led,division of labor is the current hot spot,and the AI-led cooperation mode can be the focused direction of the next step research.In the end,this paper pointed out three problems in the cooperation mode between human and AI and made suggestions for future related research.
