摘要
[目的/意义]通过国际期刊文献分析,了解大数据在旅游研究中的运用以及主要的数据来源,希望能为我国旅游业和学术研究的大数据运用提供参考。[方法/过程]该文采用竞争情报文本分析法对Scopus数据库收录的172篇旅游文献进行统计分析。[结果/结论]研究结果发现:大数据在旅游中的运用主要在游客偏好分析、游客数量预测、游客流分析、游客行为分析和游客满意度分析等五个方面;大数据在以上方面的运用能填补传统旅游信息源的不足和因此导致的分析、预测方法的缺陷,但并不能取代传统的旅游信息收集方法。
[Purpose/Significance]Through understanding the application of big data in tourism research and the sources of the data used,this research can help domestic tourism industry and academic research for better big data application.[Method/Process]This research is mainly done through international literature research.The literature comes from Scopus,an international large-scale academic research database.Literature analysis uses the method of content analysis of competitive intelligence.[Result/Conclusion]Through the analysis of 172 travel articles in the Scopus database,it is found that big data are mainly applied in tourist preference analysis,tourist arrival prediction,tourist spatial-temporal flow analysis,tourist behavior analysis,tourist satisfaction analysis and others.This study argues that big data analysis in tourism can make up for some shortcomings of traditional tourism data sources,but big data cannot replace the traditional tourism information collection methods.
