纳米粒径氧化石墨烯的制备及表面改性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以鳞片石墨为原料,采用球磨法制备纳米级石墨烯。然后控制氧化过程得到具有一定厚度、粒径和表面氧化程度的纳米尺寸氧化石墨烯。利用表面改性剂对氧化石墨烯进行表面改性,考察其在有机溶剂中的相容性和稳定性。通过扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度分析和沉降实验对比分析等,对其形貌结构、物理化学性能和溶液稳定性进行测试表征,结果显示,通过球磨法、控制氧化程度和表面改性过程,可得到在有机溶剂中稳定存在的纳米粒径氧化石墨烯。 Nano-sized graphite powder was prepared by ball milling with flake graphite as raw material.Then,the nano-sized graphene oxide with certain thickness,particle size and surface oxidation degree was obtained by controlling the oxidation process.Graphene oxide was modified by surface modifier,and its compatibility and stability in organic solvents were investigated.The morphology,physicochemical properties and solution stability of graphene oxide were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,laser particle size analysis and sedimentation experiments.The results showed that nano-sized graphene oxide stably existed in organic solvents could be obtained by ball milling,controlling oxidation degree and surface modification process.
