村级扶贫档案信息化建设研究

Research on the Informatization Construction of Village Poverty Alleviation Archives

脱贫攻坚工作中,村级扶贫档案的准确、完善是坚持精准扶贫、精准脱贫基本方略的必要条件,也是真实记录打赢脱贫攻坚战全过程的重要手段。通过对辽西地区某村扶贫档案现状进行实地考察调研,针对目前村级扶贫档案管理工作中存在的弊端和不足,提出村级扶贫档案信息化平台建设方案,利用信息化手段对原有档案内容进行梳理、完善,并加以分析及利用,助力打赢脱贫攻坚战。

In the work of poverty alleviation,the accuracy and perfection of village poverty alleviation archives is the necessary condition for adhering to the basic strategy of targeted poverty alleviation,and is also an important means to truly record the whole process of winning the fight against poverty.Through on-the-spot investigation on the current situation of poverty alleviation archives in a village in western Liaoning Province,in view of the drawbacks and deficiencies in the current village level poverty alleviation archives management work,this paper puts forward the construction scheme of village level poverty alleviation archives information platform,sorts out,improves,analyzes and uses the original archives by means of informatization,so as to help win the battle of poverty alleviation.
